Hi folks, yes its me again im still here now in my 7 th month and still enjoying it.
Last week I had family to stay, including my 89 year old mother who will not eat
any thing other than good old english food.So I had my work cut out when it came to
eating out,
On reccomendation I took them to what was described as a pub type restaurant in
the little village of San Cayetano called the Rose and Thistle.
It takes approx 20 mins to drive there, take the Sucina to San Javier road and at the
large roundabout take the first exit signposted San Cayetano, the road becomes a bit
of a lane and you will pass over 2 small roundabouts keep following sign for San Cayetano.
As you enter village the Rose and Thistle is on your right with plenty of parking space in front.
Its not a Pub but a bar come restaurant, but the excellent food could be described as Pub Grub.
