 hi everybody,
finally we have completed and are over the moon. it was a long bumpy rd of waiting and worrying but it is done!!!!
this forum made the waiting time so special and we got a lot of informations and had to laugh a lot.
thanks to everyone who keeps that forum going.

hi there. im Sandra, Leighs partner.
Leigh flew out this evening, to check the snagging tomorrow and to complete on thursday.
Be glad when its all done, the stress its caused is unbelievable, hope its all worth it in the end.
Leigh has just phoned me, said toask if anyone knows how much the management fees are at la torre?
He said he was talking to a lady on the plane and she said Condado is a lot more expensive than la torre, theirs is about 300 euro's a month.
Anyone have any idea?

I think she must have got that wrong, I was given a ball park figure of around 70 - 80 euro's a month by one of the PW girls
