We completed on Jardine 5 recently.
Snagging threw up a few minor cosmetic issues, however when we got into the apartment and got builders supply of electric and water on, further problems were identified:
1. Polar Air (Gary) fitted the air con and all was fine until the living area unit blew out warm air after an hour. He returned and replaced the unit and again the same problem occurred after an hour. Further investigation revealed a leak deep in the bowels of the Polaris World pre install. He is trying to get this resolved with Polaris World but apparently this would not to be the only case were pre intstall issues have arisen.
2. After getting the water on I thought I would get to grips with the water heater. "What is this for" I mused as I pushed the little black tab underneath. Three seconds later I was holding back a flood. The clear plastic tube had become detached from the connection. After trying to reattach this I was amazed how loose it appeared to be and phoned both Polaris World and Emma at Snagitmurcia.
We left a towell below the heater and came back the next day to find it as soaking from the dripping atttachment. A builder turned up, reconstructed the flood scenario, shook his head and replaced the tube. Believe it or not he then heated the end of the tube with a cigarette lighter and stuck it on the housing.
Make sure you ckeck these if your water is on. I don't know how permanent this lighter job will be.
However all this apart the resort looks abosultely fantastic and we can't wait yo get back out in October.
Good luck to all on Condado
