Again, If you look back at others contributions to the forum you will see lots of information on the subjects you raise, I am in the same position as you assuming you are talking about Parador, In my case the cash back was linked to taking owners club membership which I paid for with a credit card so I am attempting to recover my losses from my credit card company under section 75 of the consumer credit act, but no guarantee of success.
