Best advice i can give is go spend a bit of time working out how the site works and then go through all the threads that have gone before (the title of it doesn't mean that's what's in each one).

You have the option to show all threads just below the last one as so much has been covered in depth by those that have completed and those that are close to.

You'll learn loads by reading back.............. and some things you wouldn't have thought of, such as gold golf buggies

penthouse 1003 end of October!

HI all

We're hoping to complete in Los Naranjos on October 15th so heading over there Mon 13th (Bank holiday) and staying till Friday. Any advice re snagging etc would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forum, If you intend to do it yourself then ask PW Customer Services if you can make an appointment to do it on the 14th?

If you are asking about having the snagging done for you a Snagging firm a lot of people from this forum have used is http://www.snagitmurcia.co.uk and they are also members of this forum too (ebeechey)

If you go to the website link I put in the last post I think they are charging 250 euros + IVA (VAT) for the 2 and 3 bed apartment on Condado. But as I say have a look at the website and ask them for further information
