Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem as me.
My washing machine doesnt work. Worked ok in Feb when i signed for deeds.
So when i was out in July, it seems to stick in a programme and stop.
Told my agent who has been contacting AEG ELECTROLUX engineers who cover this machine under warranty for Zanussi.
Well, when i was out there for just over a week, the engineers could not get out to me since they were busy, even though i had over a week there.
And even then, just to find out, my agent had to ring them 4 times.
I told them i'm coming out in mid-Sept but they couldnt book that far in advance and told us to ring a week before.
Rang them on Monday and they told me they'd get an appointment and ring me back within few days - but still no reply from them.
Cowboys or what !
They seem to do things different - In UK you can call an engineer and they'll make the appt in advance on their computer and thats it.
But in Spain they cant. They log the details and then an engineer has to ring you back.
The engineers for AEG are in Torrevieja, so i dont see what the problem is.
Seems as though this one year warranty is really not worth it !
I probably now have to pay someone private to fix it or just buy a new machine.
Shame.
Very disappointed.
If anyone has had to call these engineers out then pls let me know how you got on, would appreciate.
