Hi Wiredout,
Don't know if your patio will hold the weight of that thing, may need reinforcing and the fire brigade on standby, or golfinjim and shampers with their sprinklers. You men watch you like.

We saw them in August, sure it was a Carre four, but may have been an Eroski Actually didnt look heavy up close, more like a brieze block material with rendering, but weight might depend on the quality.
Can we have them on the roof terrace of the 2 bed, does anyone know?.
Seen elsewhere some doubts expressed about having a soft tub on the roof terrace now- has anyone got info about this too? This message was last edited by JHMurcia on 9/6/2008.

Hi Jan & Mike,
I don't see how they can stop us - there was nothing in my contract - yours?? In ayn event my contract showed pergola at the front and that didn't happen.
As for weight, a table with four chairs and four adults would weigh substantially more than this, and it is not garish ( it is white same as apts) so cannot see the problem.
Regards

hi all don't forget the weight of the water in the hot tub/soft tub as 1000ltr water weighs 1metric ton(1000kg) the last 4seater i had in africa had 1500ltr capacity.
if you choose to have it on the solarium there will be more support for the load if it is placed in or close to a corner rather than in the middle of the solarium.
yours tony and ann (naranjos 7 first floor).

Hi all,
As Tony and Ann mentioned the weight distribution is all important, if a 4 seater tub was not essential you can get 3 or 2 seaters as well,
To heat the tub you could install a solar water heater on the roof terrace as heating the water with the facilities polarisworld have installed would cost a fortune.

NOT HAPPY...........
Anyone else bought items, to be told they cant have them?

Hi Leigh
Whose told you that you're not allowed your outside lights and canopy? as I have seen no rules/regs on this anywhere. Would be interested to hear what they do allow and how can they enforce it.

Hi Jontee
just spoke to Leigh, He said it was his PARADOR REP who said about the gazebo, you are not allowed to fix anything to the outside wall, also they dont want frniture downstairs can see.
Also the outside lights, they dont want all different types put up, ALL THIS WAS FROM THE PARADOR REP NOT POLARIS WORLD.
so if its wrong can you please let us know,
San

When we stayed at Condado last month I obtained a copy of the community rules to see if any refered to awnings, umbrellas etc, and there were none relating to outside lighting eiher which has resulted in there having been many different types of outside light already installed.
