hi, happy new year everyone,

we met up with haydngj and his wife for a few drinks, had a good evening. we wnt to see laura in almoradi, for any news,apparently they will not be starting work yet. other 2 appartments they working on not finished.said she been asking them about amarion but not getting any definate answers.we will have to wait and see.we go out again last 2 weeks in april, laura hoping to have date for us then if not before.

We going over again 20 th this month only for 5 days but will have a look n see if any signs of work and report back lets hope its good news

 hi  John and Trish, I do hope you see something positive in Almoradi, urbasa have two other projects in Almoradi ,  las palmeras and atalaya. perhaps you could find out if they are working on them?    have a nice time anyway

Thanks Haydn, we will try to find those and see if anyone is working there! Philansy, if you speak to Jeannette again this week, could you ask if she knows where these other two projects are? If we have a rough idea then we could go take a look!

Hi all, hope Urbasa are not getting their fingers into as many pies as possible to get as much upfront money as they can before going bankrupt!!!

Kerrie and Rob where are you staying when you go over? Are you staying in Almoradi? We are staying in Playa Flamenca this time, we get there Tues and fly home Sat. We will be popping to Amarion III though so we could meet up there if we are there on same day.  Maybe use the  'climbing frame' if its still there? If no builders been in guess it still will be!!!!

We are staying in a friends apartment in Ciudad Quesada, near Rojales we arrive on Saturday and go back Saturday, not sure what day we are going to be there we will pop into Amarion 3 so prehaps we can catch up.

Hi all, we will have a look, but dont hold much hope of a change since we were there at Christmas. If anything worth taking a picture of believe us ,we will take it.(especially if its a WORKMAN)!!

Dont think we will go and see Laura again this soon as dont think there will be much more to report. I'm sure us pestering wont make the  builders start work on ours. Its not Lauras fault, unless anyone can think of a new case to put forward???

We're going out on Friday, 30th March  for Easter.  Will report back when we return, hopefully with some news of activity on the site!  We'll also pop into the Urbasa office in Almoradi and get an update from them.

Hi guys just found your website by accident and what a find as like yourselves we are fed up and frustrated by it all and wonder if it is ever going to be finished .we go out to almoradi once a month and are off again on sunday but once again expect no change though when we where there in feb went into office in almoradi and sne phoned her boss at urbasa and he said was due to go to bank in 4 days and she hoped to be able to let us no more on this trip won't hold my breath as we are new to all this maybe one of you can get us up to speed on what you think we should be doing apart from shouting at the lady in the office in almoradi wast of time talking to james he's not interested and Palmeria prop here never hear from them they took the comm on sale and ran i think. We are on the 1st floor and went inside jan06 and looked about finished except for white furniture but stairwells and rest of outside a wreck though the roundabout at top of road and block paving tothe front of building almost finished and looked good good to no i have found others who are in my position don't feel half as lonely now . If DOM picks this message up maybe he could give my daughter a ring for my phone number Her name is JO RUDKIN he introduced her to Palmeria props and it would be nice to speak to him and we must live near each other .Thanks for letting me have a moan to people who no how iam feeling you may be just the ones to keep me sane Gabe

Hi welcome to the site Gabe. I remember the day we found this site it was actually so exciting to find out lots of info and know you can talk to people who are in the same boat as you, and really do understand! If you go over every month you will prob be able to keep US all up to date!

Have you looked at the shared photos? We try to get pictures uploaded when we can. Have a good read through some of the old posts and you will get some idea how everyone is feeling on things and what they want to do next.

You are right this site keeps us all sane!

Poor Laura gets all the grief from us all bless her. James is no longer at Palmera I dont think.  Like you say we dont really hear much from them. Urbasa have taken on new builders again apparently, they are hoping to start work in April again. All we can do is wait. We cant do much until their contract date is up and that is in debate at the minute, as to exactly when that is!
