No i dont think we are going again untill the building is finished, am saving up as much as i can so i only need a small spanish mortgage. I dont want to waste money going out there for nothing !!

Hi all, we are back in Playa Flamenca 6th -18th June. Should get time to pop over to Almoradi to have a look for those workmen that are due to start, I really hope we finally see something this time. The last seven times we have been over its just looked the same. Mind you Christmas was a bit more exciting as we did actually see inside for the first time! Hopefully, THIS visit will be the one??!!!!! If we do see any work being done, we will go and find an internet cafe and let you all know straight away!

Off to Almoradi on monday 28th will visit site to see progress ha ha.  We will return on wednesday 30th and hope to tell you all its nearly completed  ha ha.

Is anybody going in july,    this is when they are suppose to be starting work

Hi Phil, we are hoping to go over about 10th July for 6 days. All depends on work. Quiet at the moment, so if we continue quiet will pop over. If we get some big jobs in obviously work has to come first! Cant afford to retire just yet. Looking for the right job over in Spain, then we will be off!!!

Will let you know if we book flights, then we will go look for those workmen again!

 we have bought a different apartment close to Almoradi   ( Formentera Del Segura ) going to see urbasa, Amarion 111  and solicitor

Hi all Not posted for a while cos been very busy at work just got back from 2 weeks in the sun in Playa Flamenca we called in at Amarion III just walked straight in thro the front entrance we had a good luck round , the site has been damaged much more by vandals even windows and patio doors have been ripped out now plus some of the ground and 1 st floor windows and patio doors have been smashed it really is starting to look very sorry . As soon as the contract date is up we must try n get this mess sorted either by ourselfs or by joining the Costa Del Sol action group which is taking an action against Palmera Properties. Have put some pics on the site.

there will be no news at least until middle of next mont when contract is up maybe even the third week
