Hi everyone.
We are looking for a property manager for keyholding, cleaning, etc. Having tried two firms based on the coast, both of which have decided that the area is too far inland for them, we'd like on based more locally.
We need a reliable firm as we rent our place out regularly & live in the UK, so will depend on them. Can any of you make any recommendation, please?

Hi,
We use Ian and Andy at QPM (Quattro Property Management). Excellent service and they live on site which is really beneficial. The can offer lots of practical advice based on their experience.

Thanks for the info, folks.
We should have been more specific & mentioned that we are not based on HR but in La Tercia village, nearby. Aidan only operates on HR itself, unfortunately, so we might have to look at QPM, although, looking at their website, they seem a bit pricey compared to what we have been paying up top now.
Any other recommendations will be welcome. Thanks again.

One thing I always suscribe to is dont always go for the cheapest!
I can't comment re others looking after your property but I can say the guys at QPM are very helpful, professional and the work they've done for me is first class and at a good price too!
If someone is looking after your home & contents, go with a good referral not just price.

Hi Jeff.
Good advice which we also subscribe to. It wasn't a rejection of the recommendation, just a comment, based on our limited experience, thus far.
QPM remain on the list of people to see when we come out next week.
Thanks also to all who have PM'd us with suggestions. Keep them coming in as others will be able to refer to this and may well find it useful long after we've got sorted out.

I have noticed that quite a few people on the HR development have closed in their utility area by having a double glazed window fitted - could anybody recommend a company that does this and roughly what the cost was to do this?

Hi everyone,
I've just been looking at recommendations for people who will do key holding and cleaning. I wonder if someone could let me have Aiden and Mandy's email so that I could get in touch before I come out in late October. Also does anyone have phone number for QPM again so I can contact them.
Our apartment has patio doors, we would like to have blinds for them, has anyone put up blinds or can recommend a good shop to go to.

We find them extreemly helpful and a font of useful information, they tkae a very hands on approach and have been a great help to us setting up on HR GR
