Hi everybody, we are purchasing at El Rincon also - top floor Phase 1 - Non Turistimo -Has anyone been given a signing date for a top floor apartment.

At long last we have been given a date of 22nd March signing for top floor Phase 1.  I assume you haven't had a date yet?  Good luck!

Just to say we have got a date for signing - 22nd March - so here's hoping!!!

We are here now until Saturday 24th March, if anyone wants pics taken, let me know what of and I will post them here for you ok?

The  buildings are looking really nice now, the builders "site" it so much more tidier now and a lot of the porta kabins have gone.

Of course there are still some there ready I suspect for when the "middle" phase gets going.

The middle phase has got all the little markers on it ready to do the utilities I guess, so it won't be long before we see cranes and Spanish builders with their lunch boxes again!

Things are looking good for you all and I am really pleased for you all.

Here in Espania until Saturday 24th March and have taken so new phtos today (20th March) for you all.

Take a look in the shared photos...........only took them from the outside as the whole place is secure now and I can't get in as I don't own there!

Thank you so much for the latest pics of El Rincon.  Glad to hear the place is secure now as previously I understand from boyfriend that there was no security.  He is hoping to sign on Thursday (fingers crossed).  And good luck to anybody else signing this week or shortly.

Hi Fibby, the weather looks lovely - cant wait for Friday.  The site looks a lot tidier.  They will probably be starting on the middle section soon - can't wait for all that dust again!

Impey, checked on the Torre site again, still no response from the lawyer - been over a week now since I letf my message, maybe on holiday?? as soon as they reply will let you know.

  Hi everbody we signed  for our phase one apartment today, so its down to Ikea next week .

So it looks like its celebration time for quite a few of us.

We are over their next week, so If anyone wants any photos taking let us know.

Do you know.............I am not even buying on El Rincon, but have got so involved, that I am as excited as you lot!
