Hi all
ive been reading all of your posts for weeks now, just to try and get a feel of the place. My husband and I are coming out on 11th October to have a look around, so fingers crossed i will be able to post as an owner soon!!
I dont really know what to expect, ive been looking at some of your photos that you have posted, so i have a slight idea.
I went to Mazzarron in June and it was lovely, made me want my own place in the sun
I would like to thank you all for you posts, they have helped me a lot with things like banks, furniture (ok so i know im thinking ahead) completion and snagging (never even heard of it before!!) and just on the place in general
if anyone has any pointers for me for when i come i would be grateful
hoping to speak to you all as an owner sooner rather than later

Welcome to the forum, you have joined a great band of friends and a wealth of information both good and not so good, but I am sure the vast majority are just as happy to be buying at Condado today as the day they signed. Which part of Condado are you buying and what type of property, tell us something about yourselves and your reasons for buying (live, rent, holiday home)? Again welcome to the forum and contribute often

well we're not really sure, been looking at jardines, but until we come out we are keeping an open mind
we are buying it for a holiday home, will let close friends and family use it. Been looking at photos on here and ive already decorated it in my head
Im from Essex, married with 3 children, son 12, and 2 daughters 8 and 3
i will let you know how i get on after ive been out and where we have decided to buy

Wow are you going out to look independently or has an agent arranged for you to go?
You are a rare breed at the moment (a buyer) so negotiate well and good luck, I am sure you will fall in love with the place. When are you going out? Hope when you come back you will be declaring yourselves fellow condadoens.

we are going with an agent - murcia golf properties  , not sure if anyone knows anything about them - good or bad??
flying out on 11th October
my husband is the one for negotiating, he used to have his own window company so he knows all about the hard sale, he always tries to get the best deal on anything he buys, no matter where he is, he would do it in tesco if he thought he could, so im hoping he will do good!!

Hi Michna,
Before you go out you should search the net for polaris resales. Unfortunately some people are having to sell their jardines apartments at silly prices  . But this could mean a bargain for you  . Probably not something an agent would tell you.

Hi Michelle,
We're over from the 7th to the 15th to sort our apartment out, if you want to take a look at our place you are quite welcome, furniture, elec goods, air con and lights etc will be in by the 8th. We are garden 9 apt 943 ground floor. We should be hanging around the place.

You will find everyone helpful, there is always someone there to ans your questions.
You will also find everyone very friendly and funny, sometimes a little mad, but threads always great fun to read.

Hi Michelle, we are in process of packing to move over next weekend J1161.
Spent a long time looking at various parts of Spain and decided on Murcia because it still retains old Spain while providing new facilities. Mountains, sea , lakes & good weather . History - see Cartagena late September Roman soldiers everywhere. Looking forward to Easter at Lorca - see the parades in the area u tube Cartagena
