I have decided not to transfer over to OTCC. I have been trying to get in touch with my legal representatives in Vera and have written numerous letters / sent emails since July requesting that they proceed in getting my money back (I have a BG for abput 2/3rds of what I have paid). Unfortunately they have had not the decency to reply! Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do next? ( Going over is not an option at present)

Has anyone received there Bank Guarantees yet from Huma on the OCC site ?
We was told that we would receive them by Huma and our solicitors Aldea within 90 days that was back in April and still no further down the line with our request,
We have requested Paul Roach at Parador owners club to chase them up for us and he told us he would contact Huma and get back to us . (still waiting)

WOULD BE WITH ME WITH IN 90 DAYS (ON 23 JULY 2004)
DA JA VU..............OCC WILL BE THE NEW ACC.......................
DONT GIVE HUMA ANY MORE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In response to Fusters office in Vera. The office closed last year & the main office is in Alcazares Murcia tel 0034 968575650 hope this helps.
Regarding OTCC we opted to transfer in May& was informed all BG & funds would be transfered in 90 days. This week we have had a call from Fusters stating that no BG & funds were forthcoming. Options given, Go ahead with no guarantees or cancel contracts. We chose the later.

Just for info - I am friendly with someone who has been caught up in one of the debacles around Murcia - Trampolin Hills. They are having a tough time too, and they have been told that the bank guarantees issued by an insurance company are worthless. They are at the point where they are starting to wonder if it will ever be built - I keep quiet, I don't want to be too negative, but I fear they may never get their money back either.

Anyone on here waiting for a bank guarantee ? or have you transferred to OTCC hoping you will get one ? See the post about the petition to the governor of spanish banks on the ACC thread. Please sign and make your voice heard !! Remember its your life savings at stake here !!
