christmas finca parcs

Hi everyone,
                     Thought it  about time to add my views, wanted or not. I am new to this so bear with me. Just returned from Spain 12/10/08, visited Finca Parcs on Sat day, a hive of activity,workmen everywhere. Saw Ester show house then went to look at what will be Rosana show house, disappointed not altered much since my last viewing a few weeks ago,scaffolding gone, bath in, but no sign of kitchen yet, wet patches all over ceilings where rain had penetrated, hope that will be addressed. Sorry to be a party pooper but don't think Christmas Party will happen,even with all the activity that is taking place,villas do look nice with their new outer coats on nice colours,but can't see everything being in place for Christmas might be more feasible to aim for an Easter Egg Hunt.   

We still remain forever optimistic that we will be in our new home for Christmas !!  As you are aware we are on site at least four times a week and can see a great deal of difference each time we visit.  As for kitchen units, they are the very last thing to be fitted and from  the information we have received from the developer delivery of units is expected later this week and fitting due to start with the Esthers during next week. Over 90% of the Esthers have been completed with only the  kitchen units to be fiitted and garden works to be finished, all the swimming pools are in and tiled with the boundary walls now under construction.  We will post new pictures of the ktichen units as soon as they have been fitted.

The only thing we are looking forward to for Xmas is to able to take a photograph on Christmas Day with all of our new neighbours and making a toast to the rest of you. Remember to take a look on here on the 25th Dec.

I have to say that I was planning for an Easter Party but have no neighbours so far to party with!
Maybe I can join in your Easter egg hunt?
Are we all barmy I ask myself? But I probably don't want an answer to that anyway!!!

Hello, Fire opal back again. 
I forgot to mention gates yesterday, I saw lots of gates ready to go onto peoples properties. Positive things are happening. 

Hi All , all these comments are getting very scary so we have decided to come and look for ourselves,we will be at Finca Parks sometime next week to make our own opinion , I do hope that we are in by Christmas,we have done a lot of planning to that end,but if not an Easter egg hunt sounds good !!
Perhaps we can meet up with anyone thats out there next week?

We would be delighted to meet with you next week.  I have sent you a Private Message regarding this.

Also,  it is essential that you book a site visit with Cleyton Ges, (I am able to do this for you) as you will not be able to gain access to the site without an appointment.  Lots of people turn up on site, without appts and are disappointed when they are turned away by security because they have not booked a visit.

We are not sure why you cant access your PM's, however, we think it may be because you are a 'new user' and have to make at least 10 postings before you can access them.  Perhaps someone else on the forum will know more than us.
