sorry to see the state of your lovely garden. that must have been caused by the torrential rain on the day we left. we had a lovely time . love to maureen and arthur and steve and jackie. hope everything dries out for you ok. christophers mum and dad.

Wow ! it must have pelted down by the look of your garden , we thought it was bad when it rained in sept. while we were there. Its a shame about your garden though after all the work you have put in. hopefully the sun will soon dry it up and life will be back to normal . Not like us , rain rain and more rain , every day this week ,I know where I would like to be. Hope it all goes well.See you both on next trip .Frank and Lesley

YOU'VE HEARD THE SAYING "THE RAIN IN SPAIN FALLS MAINLY ON THE PLAIN" CAN'T SAY THAT YOUR GARDEN WAS PLAIN!!! THE GOD'S MUST HAVE GOT IT WRONG THIS TIME (TO MUCH CIDER I SUSPECT!) ONE GOOD THING THOUGH YOU WONT HAVE TO WATER IT FOR AWHILE LOL.
NEVER MIND BUDDY, WHEN IT CLEARS THE GARDEN WILL LOOK ALOT GREENER
KEEP THE OLD WOODPECKER UP AS THEY SAY IN MY PART OF THE WOODS.

Shocked when we saw the pictures
Have not been on forum for a week, thought at first it was the rain we spoke about.
Hows your house you had to dry it up when you moved in,
Think the weather is like the economy Gone on the blink.
Let us know how you are, know we cannot do much from here.
Was it flooded all over like that need galoshes and wellies not bikinis and shorts.
We know the news reported flash flooding and there has been reports here this weekend on the fells. We have rain but it drains quickly wher we live.
If there is anything you want us to bring over we have booked our flights for 20th December - Jan 4th.

Hi - I can't believe the amount of water, are there no drains in the road? How are the Open plus houses, their basements flooded before with just a small amount of water, they must be a mess now. Hope you get back to normal soon.

It was only on the dip of m13 & m16, all drying up now & Massa are clearing the muddy paths & roads on Monday,

hi bob n sue first time on for a while sorry to see your gardens flooded hope it didnt get in your villa we are back out in nov 13th we will try not to bring our customery rain with us i think youve had about all you need i know its a bit late but if you need any help when we come out im at your service you dont deserve that kind of bad luck if you need anything let us know ( swimming trunks or bikini for bobby ) see you both soon ps hope ours is ok too
