HI, Can anyone tell me whether the Corvera Loyalty form i.e they give you 3000 euro if you sign and get it back to them is a con?

No, I don't think it's a con, just a carrot! If you view the thread headed 'Promotional card' you'll see the general opinions. We signed up for it - couldn't see any reason not to!

We signed up for it too. We received a letter a couple of days ago enclosing a discount card and confirming that we would be entitled to the 3000 euros as long as we completed within the required timeframe, i.e. three months. If we don't, we don't receive the euros - thats it.

Being a cynical so-and-so I originally thought that the acceptance of this offer may have been an acceptance on behalf of the purchaser of the delays in building. However I do not think that this is the case and I agree with Anita. It is a genuine offer and is a reasonable way of getting people to complete on time.
