Press the box looking like two mountains and a moon on the menu above the text editor
Then press the "upload" flag (located in the upper half below the text "immage properties")
then press browse server to find the file that you want to upload,
Then press send it to server, you get a preview, press ok and it should be inserted

By the way: I needed to edit the message a few times to resize the apperance of the picture by dragging the corners...
