THIS IS TO FORWARD A MESSAGE FROM THE TRAMPOLIN HILLS OFFICE THAT THE VOTING SESSION FOR THE PROJECT OF TRAMPOLIN HILLS GOLF RESORT SHOULD TAKE PLACE ON THE 6 OF NOVEMBER 2008.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOMETIMES IT COULD BE DIFFICULT IN THE PAST TO GIVE AN EXACT DATE AND THAT IS WHY WE HAVE WAITED UNTIL NOW TO TELL YOU SO THAT  WE CAN GIVE YOU THE MOST RECENT INFORMATION FROM THE COUNCIL THAT WE OURSELVES HAVE RECEIVED TODAY AND BELIEVE TO BE CORRECT AT THIS TIME.

ANY IDEA WHAT TIME THE COUNCIL MEETING IS i.e. IS IT IN THE EVENING OR THE AFTERNOON??????????

I don't want to put the dampners on things here but has anyone seen an official notification that this is going to be discussed or in fact that there is a town hall meeting tomorrow.  The reason for me asking is that when I mentioned this to Jane at TH last week she advised me that there was no notification as yet of when a meeting was taking place to hold the vote.  

Whilst in the past I have been very supportive I am a firm believer now of you only believe what is official and in writing.

Now that Obama is elected anything can happen, maybe even the TH project can be sanctioned, I can not see why not. 

Yes but who is DEI.  Why don't they ever put a proper signature block or better still why don't they ever post anything on their own website page.

Whilst would be ecstatic if the vote was today and carried at last, when I emailed my contact at TH only at the end of last week she also didn't have details of the date when any vote was to take place.

Let's hope it is today and carried for the project.

As I said in another post, that they normally have their meetings at the end of the month, and to schedule one before would have to be agreed by both parties. 

Anyone who believes these made up ID's from "Trampolin Hills" needs to take a reality check. They have been utterly awful, untruthful and insincere to say the least!!

What do you think this means?

Just received the below email from our solicitors.

"We did send you a letter from Trampolin Hills (original & translation to English) where they had been confirmed by the Council of Campos del Rio and its Mayor that their local government board would have before the end of October a special meeting to vote and approve the whole partial plan of Trampolin Hills which was the preliminary for granting the bulding licence in a short time and the whole project would become fully legal. Some other clients heard that the meeting was suppose to be held today at the Council of Campos del Rio. We spoke to one of the Council officers today and no meetings were set up for October and neither for today, so this is all made up by Trampolin Hills and the Council has no knowledge or relation with it. So, again Trampolin Hill is creating confusion and fails to tell the truth."

This ties in with what my contact at TH said when we were there just over a week ago and again when I asked her about the meeting supposedly for today. Think the only thing we can do is check again with the Council when the next meeting is and whether TH is on the agenda.

Thinkig about it she gav me a couple of articles about recent meetings at the time (in Spanish) so will scan them and see if we can get a translation from someone.

Just received an email from my solicitor who phoned the Council, and apparantly a meeting was never planned for today, they reckon that Trampolin HIlls made this up - what a surprise !! NOT

Anyway will try and find out about any future meetings and whether TH planning permission is on the agenda more importantly! Getting less and less confident however with all these lies if thats possible!

Trampolin Hills says that the Mayor is delaying the approval of the building project for his own interest and that Trampolin Hills feels to have been cheated again and Antonio Martinez Director of Trampolin Hills promises that the Mayor’s actions will not be left unpunished.

Besides, he attach a report from a local newspaper showing the Mayor’s photograph and informing that the project is planned to be approved on the 6^th of November (today).

 About that, the Council has no idea of any meeting for the project approval as informed on my previous e-mail.

Just thought I'd keep you all up to date with recent information.  I responded to our solicitor asking if there was any way of finding out why the Mayor is delaying the approval and when he might be prepared for the vote to be carried.  I have received a response this morning which states:

Nobody knows, it may not happen ever because the Mayor is accused of bribery and corruption and the oposition party is taking him to Court.

I got up this morning thinkging, great it's Friday and was looking forward to the weekend.  I am more than downbeat now and think I might have to start an affairs with the Vodka bottle tonight.
