NEW YEARS EVE

HI EVERYBODY HAVE MANAGED TO GET FLIGHTS OVER THE NEW YEAR FOR ME AND THE BOSS SO STAYING AT JARDINES FROM THE 30TH DECEMBER TO 3RD JANUARY. WAS COMING OUT AT THE END OF JANUARY BUT EASYJET CANCELLED THE LAST FLIGHT INTO MURCIA SO WE DID A SWOP FOR FLIGHTS AT NEW YEAR WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.
IS ANYBODY ELSE GOING TO BE THERE? IS THERE A PARTY? WE HAVE ENQUIRED WITH PW AND THEY ADVISE US THAT THERE ARE TWO DINNER DANCES AT THEIR 5 STAR HOTELS AROUND MAR MENOR. A BLACK TIE DO AT BOTH. THE CHEAPEST IS 200EURO EACH AND THE OTHER HOTEL WHICH IS ADVERTISED AS BEING WITH THE STARS IS 500EURO EACH WITH A PRICE FROM 750EURO TO 1500 EURO FOR A ROOM IN THE HOTEL. THEY WILL CONSIDER PUTTING A BUS ON IF THERE IS A LOT OF DEMAND.
DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF ANYTHING LOCALLY WITHIN EASY TRAVELLING DISTANCE?

Hi, we will be out from Boxing Day till the 3 Jan, hopefully some of us can get together and have a few drinks for Hogmanay.  It'd be nice to get to meet some of our neighbours.  Definetly not paying that price for a do!!!!

Hi Andrea and Paul,

Betty and I are also on Jardines 1, 022, and arrive on site late Sunday 28th until 9th Jan. We are also over in mid Nov to check the furniture etc and arrange furniture for our rental apt on Jardines 2.

Live in Aberdeen and look forward to meeting you both in Dec. if there is anything being organised for New Year on site, count us in, as we are really looking forward to celebrating the first New Year on Condado.
