Just back from Frondoso Valley and everything is coming on fine, Ismeal took us for a guided tour around the site and answered some questions we had, just to update you all the following should be of interest.
The current climate has impacted on the development but they have not dropped their prices as the builder claims it would no be fair on those of us who have already purchased, they are currently targetting the spanish people to sell the unsold 4 bedroom 3 story houses in the M2 phrase and advertising appartments from Euros 118,000, these are smaller apartments than those in M2 but the price is generating interest and possible purchasers are showing interest in the other ground floor apartments.
2 commercial units have been let one for a Gym and exercise classes the other a wine and tapas bar.
Ismeal from the development, has asked me to put information out to all of you to say the builder is offering a unit free of charge to anyone interested in running a local shop/general store on the development, this will be rent free for as long as the tenent remains.
Building work is progressing fast.
One question I forgot to ask him but perhaps one of you might know.
We intend to take our furniture over including TVs, will these work OK as we heard because of the different power source this will eventually effect the TVs.
