Is anyone moving in soon?

It all seems to have gone very quiet recently and normally with property no news is never good news! Whats happened to all those October handovers the developer promised? And what about the November completions? According to the developers figures nearly 100 properies would be completing by the end of November! If this forum is anything to go by it seems more like 10 completions! Is there anyone out there.............

I believe, as soon as all the external work is complete on phase M1, the developer's will submit the architec's Completion of Work Certificate to the town hall to apply for the habitation certificate. (cedula de habitabilidad)  This could happen within a few weeks.  So completions could begin in December we hope.  3.5 years is a long wait!

Re- completion dates.  We bought our apartment in M3 last Feb. (2007) and were told September this year for completion. However our agent - Medsea - emphasised that no one would move on to the development until it was completed.... pools, green areas,shops etc.....and that no one would be living on a building site.  When we visited this summer it was obvious that September was not likely. Our apartment is still only a concrete base and pillars. The girl in the sales office said that the plan was for the whole site to be finished in March 09. We have since had a letter from Llave Azul confirming this.  This seems to contradict what other purchasers are being told.  ????

Hello Kevin and Julie, I am sorry I have not been able to read your private message you posted yesterday but I was not registered on that facility.  I have submitted two requests to access the private facility board but, I and am still waiting!
