Meeting with developer and Juan

Hi everyone

I am meeting with the developer Jose Luis and also Juan tomorrow morning. If anyone has any questions they want putting to them, just let me know.

 If you are meeting the developer i would like to know

1) What is the issue with the swimming pool and do they expect people to complete even if this issue is not resolved.

2) Who will be responsible for maintaining the site if many owners refuse to complete ie the community concept  will be difficult to create

3) Are the banks (banco Pastor) running out of patience and are they still a viable business in the current climate

Just so you know, Juan has informed me last week that the remaining 18 apartments have been sold to an investor. This means that all the apartments and villas have been sold except for 3 apartments which are being re sold by the people that paid the deposit but are not wanting to complete.
