Hi a quick thought for you as now seems a particularly hard time to sell... I recently contacted a firm who say that long term rentals are very strong at the moment. While you're pursuing the selling option why not contact them.www. calidasunshine.com. The M.D is Ian Knibbs and I found him very helpful. I am a purchaser at Corvera.. not due to complete until next year but I'm looking at all the options at the moment.

Shame you are having to sell, normally there would be good demand for 3 bedded property as not too many onsite but things are not as they were.

One suggestion would be to market to Spanish, Irish or European buyers as with the Pound down to 1.18 v the Euro the Brits will not be looking to pay prices seen a few years ago.

Take a look at www.rodagolfresales.com to give you some idea of what is around plus as many other sites as possible, remember that prices asked are not necessarily what people will be willing to pay.
