Penthouse sales and valuations

Hi does anyone have any knowledge of just how many penthouses are currently for sale via PW and what sort of prices they are going for? I ask because I hear rumours of valuations for mortgage purposes for the penthouses coming in below contract prices? We haven't had a valuation yet as we are still working our way through the mortgage maze, with deals being pulled, altered etc. but I am getting a little concerned. Are PW are now selling units off cheap from people unable to complete? Would be grateful to hear from anyone with any info on this. Thanks.

If you go onto the PW site you can access the properties they are advertising for sale at the top of the side menu- they have them under individual headings so you can id penthouses and count the pages x how many per page. 

However this doesnt include those for sale by individual agents/eatate agents or private sale.

Just had a quick look on the PW site and there seem to be pages 25 - 70 x 7 penthouse apartments each page, advertised for sale in the Penthouses. Hard to believe they have even built that many never mind haven't sold them, some blocks must be quite empty with just the occasional one taken.

I heard the whole of Los Naranjos (penthouse & Jardins) was 80% sold which is approx 1400 units, so that makes about 280 units left.

Thats slightly better news- they probably dont take them off the site until they are signed on the dotted line. I was thinking how bleak it could be rattling around in one of those blocks with few neighbours. It was quiet enough on the Jardines in October but you did at least see people during the day.

! am rattling around on my own in the penthouses (havent seen another soul in any of them). Even Sue has gone back to UK for 5 weeks!

No TV so spending my time watching footie in Camposol or DVD of Mamma Mia every night!

Si forgot to say we'll be wanting a rendition of all the songs from Mama mia when we come over(I'll let you have a couple of drinks first before you start), you can be the onsite entertainer in the bar. 

Are you bored?, you could become the resident window cleaner as well for us as you have probably read on another thread they are looking for one.  My friend and sister pay approx £15 for their window cleaner, so you could be in the money if you start up a small business.
