Can anybody give me an idea of the following fees for a two bed apartment on jardines:
This would be based on a mortgage of around 93000 euros
mortgage tax, notary fees and land registry fees.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
You need to allow approx 10-12% for the fees which includes the IVA, solicitor, notary, land Registry, mort fees etc.
That mortgage seems quite high for a 2 bed jardin, what LTV is this based upon?
Kind Regards

70% LTV. This is assuming the valuation ends up the same as the purchase price. Do you know individual values for mortgage tax, notary fees and land registry fees at all. For instance would the land registry fee be more or less than 1% of purchase price?
I have values for all the other fees now, just need an idea on those three to see if we can afford to complete.

Don't forget if you have a mortgage then there is another stamp duty fee of 1-1.5% of the amount you mortgage, so in effect you nearly pay it twice when you have a mortgage. Then there is the connection fees for the utilities. Our legal fees were based on 1% of the purchase amount, which I think most are based on, cracking deal you got there Dan.
Kind Regards
