Legal action is now being taken - not only against Evemarina - but against all other debtors.
This is a lengthy process at the best of times & so much time has already been lost by the bad management of the previous administrator.
They never chased & followed up ( very important here in Spain) - debts which had already gone on far too long.
I believer that InterCala are dealing with the debtors already and lawyers letters should already have been sent out.
I understand that Evemarina have agreed to go back & resolve all faults - so thats a bit of good news!
In Spanish - they say ' Vamos a ver' - it means - we will see !!!
In the communication sent to all owners - minutes of last meeting / increase in payments etc - there should also have been a document for each owner to fill in - if they have unresolved problems in their apartments.
