Hi Jan
In the other threads about the cupboard versus dishwasher I have said that it really does come down to the individual. We are not going to be renting out commercialy, only to friends and family and, we are not haveing the dishwasher. Even though I have a dishwasher at home, I have never missed it when over the years we have rented apartments. If you eat in the apartment, it's usually only breakfast and maybe a bit of salad, cold meat etc. so personally I think it would be a waste of space and money. We have had our washer put next to the sink and under the breakfast bar is just a space at the moment while we decide what to do with it.
We have had a couple of quotes but still undecided, I'm wondering wether to leave it and just have a breakfast bar stool under it, especially in the 3 bed, or shall we have a cupboard or drawers?
Haven't approached Hayes carpentry, Dawn, does that price include the kick plate and does the door match the others?
The following is the best quote we've had so far, but I'm not sure if that includes the kick board, and at the time of the quote, they were still sourcing the correct doors, but I'm sure they must have done that by now.
The standard price to source, supply and fit a 600 base unit with door is € 82.50 + IVA.
The standard price to source, supply and fit a 600 base unit with drawers is €175.00 + IVA.
We don’t load our prices for work at Condado but are transparent in our quotes. Due to the location of Condado, therefore, we do have to add €40 to cover travel time and fuel.
