Discount Cards

Hi All

I sent my membership forms off some 3 weeks ago but havn't received either a card or indeed any communication from PW.

Anyone else with experience of this?

I applied at the start of November and still haven't got the card, your post has reminded me to chase them

Sent 2 applications by post over 3 weeks ago and havent heard anything

I heard the company that sends them out had a backlog. I had problems but mainly due to us moving. Ask Customer services to chase them up, you may need to reapply.

We applied for ours when we were over there at the end of Oct, begining of Nov. I dont think anything more about it but now I think I should email them to find out where they are, thanks.

Thanks for the replies, I now see that I posted my application from Mallorca on or about the 4th of November, I'll send another Email tonight, Lets hope PW get down to sending these cards we have already gone through two and a half weeks without the 10% in December (at the Bar!), I do hope that January is not the same. Out January 13 to 29 anyone for a drink with or without the 10%?

We got ours within a couple of weeks, and it was all done through customer services.  For those yet to apply, don't forget to apply for a second card in spouse's / friends name.

We have not applied for a discount card.  Can anyone tell me how to go about this?  I saw someone using their card last weekend at the bar when we were out, it's probably worth getting one as the discounts will soon mount up.

Either contact customer services or when you are next out there go to customer services the white cabins and they will give you a welcome pack which includes the application form for the discount card.

If you want to apply from UK, go to PW homepage and log into the owner's area.  You'll need your password and username which you can get from Customer Services by e-mail.   Under Polaris Club tab, you can download an application form and post it to Customer Services.

Ours came in the post today too. Applied for it back in September and had forgotten all about it until I read this thread. Just need to remember to take it with us next time we're out in Feb now...
