Just back from Spain and as of last Thursday (18th Dec) the post office is now delivering post to Condado. You need to go to the property office (white portacabin) and take your passport with you to collect the keys to your post box. The first letter I have received was from the Electricity Company informing me that they have taken 150 euros from my bank for the connection fees so at least the post is now getting through. I don't know how often they deliver but you have to ask for the post box keys they don't give them to you automatically.
