Swimming Pool

We are purchasing a 4 bed Nogel villa on Corvera. Calidona have told us that because the villas back onto a fairway a swimming pool cannot be installed in the garden after purchase due to there being no access. We have been told we need to make a decision before the end of Jan due to access to the rear not being available for much longer.

Has anybody else been told this?

Is it a sales con to get you to buy the swimming pool from them?

Any thoughts?

Hi Jack,

I have been told the same by Carmen!!

It does make sense as your neighbours may not allow you to dig he garden at a later stage (you have to seek their permission with planning etc) .
