I would like to ask all El Mirador clients who have been advised to look for an alternative property and do not wish to do so please contact me. We do not wish to choose an apartment from what is left over, we purchaed in good faith in April 2008 and paid first deposit in June 2008 - 31,300.00euros - We have requested our deposit back via our Solicitor several times - Polaris are in breach of contract for several reasons, first, they cannot provide a property matching the same location, ie: higher grounds, views etc, they have failed to issue a Bank Guarantee and too date they do not have a building licence for El Mirador - Polaris are playing us as idots - if you give in and accept second best then I am pleased you are sorted - but there are several other people, to whom I have made contact, and they do not wish to accept another, some say a more expensive property when they were sold on El Mirador and all that the glossy brouchure promised it would provide. I have already taken this to BBC Watchdog and I need others to back me up - Please lets get together and get our monies back, which Polaris know we have the right to ask for.
