EOS I hope I am wrong ?

As most of you know by now I have been unable to post  except new threads since an unfortunate incident on the general forum yesterday.

Despite an apology  from me , the thread was deleted which makes it impossible for you to look and  make up your own minds .

I am now unable to contact EOS by email ,PM or any other method which I consider an infrigment of my right to reply .

I have asked some posters for whom I have Email to contact EOS requesting they answer my queries ie , I am banned if so fine but could I have some correspondence to clarify the situation .

I am very annoyed about the way EOS cut people off with out a PM /Email or any explanation of what is what .

I may not always be an  ideal poster but I say what I think ,and what I believe .If someone talks crap I say "  that's crap " I make no apology for that crap is indeed crap .

Is EOS a forum or an advertisment for the good things in Spain . Justin I am  tried without true redress to any law not even the rules of this forum .

You have my e mail and an explanation would  have been  good ,if you have due cause  to ban me I will remove my self from this forum.  I am aware you can not scan every post on the forum  but I can assure you I have endured much worse on here and let it go .                                

Never the less I think it is only fair that when people are banned from this forum or their postings restricted that they should be informed  by you as a due dilligence ,anything else especially " no contact  at all " is an insult and infrigment of rights.

It is also cruel as many who are banned are left wondering if there is something wrong with their PC /Lap top etc

I am intrigued by your comments, because as I said earlier I didn't think that what you had put on this forum warranted being banned, as indeed you and many others had already said worse!  Which thread had you posted on?  I know you said it had been deleted, but I may have read it before that happened.  I'm not sure about your point that everybody has to say Spain is wonderful, as I have certainly seen quite a lot of people slagging Spain off recently. I have also seen a lot of personal criticism going on, so if that has been allowed I don't understand why you have been banned.  You admit that you said something you shouldn't but at least you had the grace to apologise, which doesn't always happen.

Justin, I am sure that people on this particular forum don't want JA to be banned, even if people don't necessarily agree with her posts, as our British sense of fair play means we feel everybody should be allowed to express their opinion even if we don't agree with it.  The only thing we do like to insist on is for people to express their opinion without insulting each other!

I like having JA's comments around, and i think the thinking on this forum changes and is lacking without her comments.

I am not into burning books, which is what banning somebody without discussing it, is doing...........I think Hitler burned books when he wanted to thought control a race of people didnt he?, its a bit like that....  So its wrong in anybodies language.

I do know though that Tonymal had asked publicly for JA to stop posting him on PM's and it got a bit silly and heated between them.  To be honest Tony can either complain about it or ignore the PM's    If he complained, after asking politely, then publicly....he had every right to do so.

Then the management of the website should take the matter up with JA directly and im sure it could have been sorted out in a couple of exchanges...........couldnt it?

Anyway.what we have now is a person with a lot to say, who maybe should be more carefull..........having been stopped from saying anything at all..........and we are the worse for that i think.

I think JA needed a bit of critical care when the time was right............and she didnt get it.......come on whoever moderated this thing, get a grip, sort it out and lets have her back........................and when she comes back we perhaps should all have a quiet word and say leave Tony's PM's alone..................otherwise it will be PMT

Can anybody explain what intemperate language is..............?  I am lost on that one, is it something you can invent when it suits you to shut somebody up?

Come on forum administrators let us know is JA banned or not , she has apologised for whatever she said so be gracious and accept. Would be a poor forum if we all agreed with each other and my understanding of forums is that it is a medium for discussion on certain topics. At times myself have stated strong views and am hoping maybe it just a  computer glitch. If free speech is gone we really are in trouble.
