I spoke to victor on monday 11th december and asked him how things were going, he replied in an upbeat manner that it could be this fiday or next and that he was going to arrange the first metting among'st all of us.
What you make of that is up to yourselfs, but it does seem to me by the lack of communication from Maria,that victor will get the thumbs up from mijas, and try to rush us into signing our contracts, before completing his side of the deal.
On a more positive note victor said he was prepaired to install half a dozen items of gym equipment but no more because some people want this and others want that. i suggested that he gets a gym consultant and within a morning he would do an assessment on the perfect layout. Then we can debate on the rest.
