Hey ho, another month to go by!!!  We were told they would receive final piece of paper at the end of February and would start building the following day!!

Whats this about  a loan of 80 million euros?? Anyone know??

Speaking to a property lawyer here at work he had told me months ago that once the final licence was obtained an investor would be more interested in the project that without it.  That's pretty obvious I guess.  But at least what he said may be right.  Now the licences have been obtained an investor will be more interested.  One step closer!

I too recieved the communication about ths final building licence but also this afternnon, I had a long chat with an agent who's been over there last week. It's now all about the money to build! The understanding is that GT are trying to get as many buyers as possible to take up the 8.5% offer of reduction and sign an ammended contract so he can then take this to a bank. With the banks having no money to lend, clearly it's more likely they'll get funding if they can show that they have the buyers aleady contracted to buy rather than try to get funding to build then sell when finished. Personally, call it wishfull thinking if you like, but I still think that this thing will happen

I'm over there at the end of the month and will take a view then.

Some time Ogo ( sorry for the joke) someone worked out the probable amount that TH had taken in deposits and now we are working out should we take up this offer of the 8.5% discount and are starting to think again that everything is rosy in the garden.

€200 million i think?

Why in the name of god would anyone lend these fcukers "X" amount of millions to build this when they have basically blown all the deposits - They have no money! Its all spent.... disappeared........

A bank or investor would want to see the deposits all in an account and then decide to lend based on that surely. 

I dont want to lose money but I dont see  a good finish to this.

Friendly word of warning for all of the long standing regulars on here. We/you has been misled with false claims of planning permissions been granted in the past, only to discover that it was all lies.

This latest admission of planning been granted is also lies. NOTHING has yet been granted to TH in the way of FULL PLANNING and if it is to happen, it will be some time yet before it does. The Guys in the know, suggest that if building were to take place, then you should be looking towards Sept/Oct 09 at the very earliest.

With regard to the 80 Mil...........................well go figure!

My personal belief is that this project is a 'dead man walking' and will not happen. Sorry to be such a realist, but there is no point in hanging onto false hopes.

As and when I get any more REAL info, I will let you know.

Who are these " Guys in the know" and where do you get all this "REAL info". A lot of people keep coming up with these horror storiesand loads of information that is never substantiated

We're all looking forward to REAL info...- it seems that the only real info we are receiving is from the newspapers...

Has anyone seen the article in the costa calida informer about the development El Trampolin. It is in this week addition but is not available to download on the internet yet. As soon as it is i will post it. If someone out there can do a similar artice on Trampolin Hills i will gladly forward it onto the paper. I would do it myself but i am not as good as others on this forum at putting my story across

If someone can do a similar letter about TH as the one below about El Trampolin i will try and get it published in as many newspapers as possible to get our case noticed and to try and put some pressure on TH and the town hall

We keep E mailing  people on a weekly basis and they are not very helpful we paid a deposit three years a go this month. I think we have wrote to any one who will reply but they tell lies all the time mariela is the Lawyer there she does not reply any more. If we loose our money I dont know what we will do. Every one tries to better them selves and family and these crooks get away with all sorts. Keep talking we may get some thing if we all stick in here together

There seems to be so many people for different walks of life that this has affected which is such a shame as we all work hard to pay for a beautiful holidayhome and  then get cruelly ripped off.

forgiv me if this has already happened but surely we ALL need to get together and make ONE large action against this company and talk from strength, many many small claims are really easy to ignore a large claim that will run in to 10's millions of euros would be very dificult to ignore from thier point of view and also from a publisity side as well. 

I am sure that there are mant people out there that realy don't know which way to turn.............

Hi to you all we have just come back from spain after seen the lawyer who is dealing with the group murcia application and has let us have his latest info as far as he has gone it is rather complex to write out so if any one is intrested then you will have to sent me a private message so I can dissus this on the phone
