SWIMMING POOL NARANJOS JARDIN 8

HI FOLKS

I,M A BIT CONCERNED ABOUT THE POOL IN OUR JARDIN, IN THE HEIGHT OF SUMMER IT IS GOING TO BE BUSY, I WONDERED WHERE THE FOLKS WITH THE JANA VILAS ARE GOING TO SWIM AS THEY DON'T HAVE A POOL AND BACK ONTO US

the spanish will use it on sundays (alot are madridians who only come down for the w/e) but i dont think youll have a problem from previous experiences of complexes.

if not ive got a pet aligator you can borrow and he generally keeps the pool empty.
 

It was my understanding as a resident of CDA you can use any pool on site?? does not matter were you reside.

In amongst all the info we were given (accurate/not accurate?) we were told to expect only about 1/3rd occupancy on the resort even for summer peak weeks.

Maybe the expectation is that many Villa Jana owners will have a plunge pool as per the advertising literature- not sure if the space around them is quite a large as the literature suggested but I'm sure will go ahead and have their own pool.

You should be OK swim before noon as the Spanish are still in bed, around 2 - 4 they go for lunch then between 6 - 8 they seista so there will be at least three times a day you can swim?

Previous post is correct all swimming pools and gardens are common elements this means you or (they) can use any pool they like.

There are 31 Janas, does anyone know if any Janas are actually sold. Once they start selling and building they will be coming behind us also, we are on Jardin 4 in the Noranjos. I think though we will be fine, from my point of view, I am just looking forward to seeing people, this is a lonely world, although improving daily I am pleased to say.
