Low valuations and lost properties

I have just had a valuation on our top floor penthouse on CDH.This is on block 15 and includes a parking space.The valuation was done by Adams and Co via Royal Bank of Scotland,at a cost of £300.

The valuation 113,000 Euro.As such we cannot now get a mortgageas 60% of this is 74,000 euro and we need 102,000 to complete. Can any one help with the list of companies that may get a valuation so that we can obtain a mortgage,before we call the whole thing a day and put up with the British weather.

Have you tried Cam Bank.

I know those  in the know would advise not to go with a morgage company recomended by the builder, however in this terrible financial climate , they just might be the ones to use.

I know they are not giving 100per cent morgages as they were early last year. Yes we missed out on that too. but they just might have something close to it.

As with Mandy we used Bancaja and they valued two weeks ago again on a Penthouse, Block 10..  We just scraped through!!

we used cajamurcia, they financed the condado project and do not require a valuation, i done everything online except for a 1 hour spell in the torre pacheco office to sign the forms, we also didnt use a solicitor as they provided an interpreter for us saving a few quid in the process(it all adds up in this climate), the staff are excellent and speak excellent english, there are also lots of local smaller branches in and around alhama region,(english not so good, but still better than my spanish) their rate at the time is 1% above euribor which although not as good as a uk mortgage at the moment, it is still quite reasonable,
