M4 - MAY COMPLETION ?

we are buying on m4 no 25 and ismael says things are looking good....walkways, gardens etc complete and pools almost there. says may is realistic for completion but can move in even if delay obtaining licence of habitation.

Good news re May completion but we don't think it would be a good idea to sign up unless the certificate of habitation is in place what are your thoughts? Will know more when visit next month  Julie and Kevn

you're right....don't think our solicitor would advise it even if it is tempting.

You know what they say all good things are worth waiting for!! An we sure have waited a long time haven't we but hey it will make us appreciate it all the more when we sign on the dotted line!!  The excitment is mounting!!
