Has anyone else received the "minutes" of the meeting which took place in December 2008 with regard to Manzana 3?
I was of the opinion that discussions regarding the payment of a community charge and appointing an administrator were, for the time being, on the back burner so to speak. Reading this communication they are demanding that payment for this year is made by the end of March and giving a direct debit form to make it happen.
Are we being rail-roaded again? I will be flying over to San Cayetano later this week and hope to get some feed-back then. Reluctant to give my bank account details as they seem to take money out of your account at the drop of a hat without permission!!!
Any advice on this would be gratefully appreciated.
