nearest gym

does anyone know where the nearest gym is, one with running machines etc?

Sorry I started at almost exact same time as someone else did one called gym/spa.

I am looking for 1 that is definitely open now.

I realise it wont be on Cda but wondered where nearest was???

The nearest gym is at the hotel sensol on camposol, but they have very little equipment and it is expensive.  the membership does not qualify you to use the hotel spa facilities within the price.  I think there is a gym near the bowling alley in mazarron behind the mercadonna supermarket but dont know any other info on that one.

not much help but will give you a starting point, why do you want running machines when you can run around the wonderful countryside of cda???  other than it gets too hot in the summer!!

Thanks 4 That. It's 4 my husband who usually runs right around Cda every morning when we are there, but depending on time we get up and time of year it can be a little hot!

Do you know if you have to commit to pay for like a year like in gyms over here or if they let holiday makers do a kind of 'pay as u go'? I am not bothered about spa facilities.

The last time we were there you could pay a month at a time, but that could have changed as it was last summer when we were using it.  You could give them a phone call they have a website for the hotel sensol.es
