Sorry if this is a silly question but I'm not sure whether Iberdrola and Urbaser take monthly or bi-monthly direct debits, could anybody tell me? We haven't been connected to water that long so haven't had a bill at all yet and electricity we've had the first bill but I'm not sure when the next one is due.
