Yes, I did worry about the lack of capitalisation as soon as I had hit the "reply" button.

It won't happen Again

Ali... You're spot on with the smiley face!! Haven't made enough posts yet to be able to use the 'Smiley Insert' !!

Where do you get the 'smiley inserts' from and also some people have really nice logo's by their name i.e. a black cat running (Shampers has a kitty with a gun looking out of a window) or the badge of the football club they are a fan of.

Don't use a computer in work so I'm not very good on them.  So if someone explains how to put these logo's on you'll have to tell me in dummy language.

Think my spelling and grammar are OK.

Jane

jeremy

when you post a reply have a look on the top right of the heading, you will see a smiley face, click on it and another window will open with lots more smileys, just click on the 1 you need and voila, smiley inserted,

to place an AVATAR(picture to the side)you will have to save a picture or photo on your computer, then you can upload the picture to this site by going into your own personal details and click on avatar, then click on upload from wherever you have saved your picture,

cheers i hope this helps, tried to explain it in my terms

Ant and Andi

Almost been an hour trying to find Avatar.  To be honest with you I thought it was a song by Genesis!   Apparently it is  something to do with Hinduism and the Sanskrit.   Still need help - told you I was hopeless on a computer.

Getting a bit p***ed off with you both now. What is your problem??? Have I offended you??  Peeps on EOS are usually quite friendly and helpful, but you two are a nasty piece of work. Hope I dont meet up with you anytime soon.

Dear Kelvyn

Apologies.  Have a brother-in-law buying on Condado who spells his name the same way as you.  Honestly thought it was him genuinely having a bit of fun.  We are not  nasty bits of work at all just mistaken here.  Will certainly never bother you again.

jeremy jane,

first of all you need to download a picture or something you want as your avatar(football club website, picture of your cat, or even a picture of kelvyn, you seem to know him?,

then click on your name which is jeremy.price@ntlworld.com, then click EDIT MY PROFILE, then click, UPLOAD AN AVATAR HERE. then click browse,(this is where you have saved your picture on your computer) once you find it click UPLOAD, and it should be there

if not seek proffesional advice, you are mad

best of luck ant

We researched the furntiure as much as possible in our short trip to Murcia in Oct/Nov last year. I thought Murcia furntiure were extremely overpriced for the quality of their products.

Based on recommendations from Eyeonspain, we emailed DFS in san Javier and it was the best move we made!!

DFS were absolutely fantastic!  Paul in DFS was super, helped us with everything and we did it all over email from home. I never once saw a real piece of furniture, just photos Paul sent and his recommendations. In some cases, I was buying a more expensive item from him and he recommended an alternative that worked out cheaper and as it turns out a much better option- not usual with salesmen to recommend the cheaper option!  It was the most stress-free shopping I have ever done!!

We ordered all our furniture including fabulous outdoor furniture and sun loungers, our white goods, tv, dvd, and even pillows from DFS. We also ordered all our lights and curtain poles, shower screen & mirror to be supplied and installed.

As I mentioned, we did not see any of this in person, only on email from Ireland (and about 3 phone calls!) and so we were a little worried heading over that everything would be there and we would like it.

We were more than happy when we arrived! Everything was there, installed (wtihout a mark anywhere!), in perfect working order and the packaging removed. The quality was excellent and the suggestions Paul made fit perfectly (much better than what we had originally planned ourselves).  All I had to buy when I went over was crockery!

We have stayed there twice so far and each time I am happier and happier with our furniture. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul in DFS, San Javier.

I am heading out for 10 days on 12 June, can't wait!

Ann, J7, Los Naranjos.

Glad you were happy with everything with DFS. We bought our furniture, lighting, white goods, linen, kitchen package etc through Murcia Furniture and also had a great experience and actually selected them as we felt that they offered very good value for money.
