Blinds

Hi all,

Has anyone had vertical blinds fitted on patio doors. We had a qoute from Bryan's blinds but seems quite expensive compared to what we would pay here.

HE IS EXPENSIVE, I HAD MY  WHOLE HOUSE DONE AT HOME FOR WHAT HE IS CHARGING FOR A PATIO DOOR, I WAS LIKE YOU BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO GO FOR WOODEN BLINDS FROM IKEA

Think we will probably end up doing the same, have seen some in Ikea I think they are the Lindmon Range, Graham is over at the moment but not sure if he could be trusted to get them on his own so will go myself at easter.

Slightly off thread but we were going to put blinds up, but have had shutters fitted to our 2 bed, front window and window next to front door, they are all but the same as fitted to other windows and we have also had fly screens put on all windows. All done by a Spanish resident on Condado who has done lots of work for mainly Spanish people on the complex. They like the rest of the shutters fitted are not security shutters but probably act as a bit of a deterrent and they are excellent at helping keep the inside cool in the hot sun.
