Air Con

Hello all. Arrived last night, all fab. The weather is gorgeous and we´re all breathing differently already. I have a question though. We can´t seem to get any heat out of our air con system. I´ve read the blurb, and I´m getting no joy. Can anyone enlighten me to any little blips they´ve encountered or if not, does anyone have a phone number I can call to get someone out next week, while we´re here?

get on the phone to diego margo..... i had the exact same problem in january with them..   they waffled and tried to say no problem, i kept bringing them out, four times in all and insisted it was not right, even though they said there was nothing wrong with it.    just stick to your guns, tell them it is not right.   They kept saying to me that it is warm in here. i will be over satruday if you are struggling with the language and diego i will call and speak to him for you.  i need to check mine is still ok too.

Hi Margo . We had the same problem when we moved in they kept saying it was working , finally Pamela who looks after our place got them to come out and it seems that when it is like that they have to go to the roof and make some adjustments ,On our last vist it was working  nice and hot in the evening , untill the last evening there then it stated to blow cold with a flashing light showing Heat Commpressor fault we asked Pamela to see if she could get Diego to call the repair guys , we have recieved a mail last night saying that Diego has gone on two weeks holiday and that she would go down to the tech office to see if they can help, you may be better trying there also hope you get it sorted out,

I believe the big pool by block 4 is now up and running so all you lucky people out there for Easter can have a large pool to swim in,we are not due out again untill May 10th and by then hope they will have repaird the pool by Block 5 then we will have a choice of pools.

To all those on Cota Real and Duquesa wish you all the best with the film you are making with EOS regarding the road , wish we could be there to give our support .

Need all the help I can get!) Appreciate that. The pool is up and running, although the small one isn´t. That´s empty.  It´s all still looking good though, and we´re lovin´ it, as usual.
