jose polo who worked for medsea and convinced me to buy at frondoso and who is buying there himself, has set up his own company with ismael parraga who used to be the site manager at frondoso. he is highly recommended by myself and stephen who has posted on this forum.
jose says that anyone who has got their NIE number already should be fine as their solicitor will have details of it. otherwise jose can obtain it for you and sort out completion....trip to notary etc.
