Been away from forum, need accurate update.

Hiya, I used to monitor the forum but have lapsed in last few months, does anyone have any up to date accurate info on what is happening NOW. My last info was from the administrators confirming my deposit payment thus far, which was correct! What exactly are our options now. Thanks.

You need to trawl through all the dross to find out but in short we are waiting for the creditors meeting which surprise surprise has been put back to may or june

Your solicitor should be giving you an update if not get on to them that is what you are paying for, they will only send you stuff if you ask for it

Hiya, to be fair, the solicitor has been slow but always sent stuff when needed and in a timely fashion. Just thought people may have more info as others seem to have good info before the solicitors. Thanks again.
