San Catanyo

Hi I was wondering if anybody can help us we are in the middle of puchasing a townhouse (AE) down the road at San Catanyo and would it be possible for someone to measure the size of the front and back patio area for us.

Could you also let us know how much your bills are so we can buget  for this .

I think you would need to get someone on the san cayetano site to measure this as there is no guarantee that ours will be the same. In torre alcantara while the front patios in the townhouses are roughly the same the 3 bedroomed houses have larger patios. Depending on where the townhouse is also dictates the shape of the rear patio.

I live in San Cayetano..on phase one of the Taray site. If you log on to the San Cayetano community thread via EOS you will find quite alot of info on Phase 2. Go onto the thread Manzana 8...phase 2..I'm pretty certain someone has put some measurements on there. Hope that's helpful

San Cayetano is a lovely place to live...everyone is very friendly..you've made the right choice !!
