Window shutter

Hi, we had the added security window shutters installed by William last year - unfortunately they only open half way now on our bedroom window, and we are unable to contact William - can anybody else recommend a company that can come out and fix it as we have people staying soon,  Many thanks Susan & Iain Cameron
