Hi all
I have been having problems with my gas water heater.
I have been getting a red warning light and I don´t have any hot water. I have checked for a technical manual in the apartment but I can´t find one and I am also finding it difficult to find one online, can anyone help?
Cheers

Hi
Just to let you know regarding the heaters.
I thought that you had to press both of the 'lights' simultaneously - but I could be wrong.
I will say however - that I have 2 clients heaters have the same problem which could not be resolved by pressing any of these.
In these cases it was the entire electrical unit which was faulty & sadly cost the owners € 170 euros.
Kind Regards
Jeannie

The other button is the mains, it will reset the boiler, but if the boilers fault is an overheat fault it will only reset by pressing the red button, the faults on the heaters seem to be caused by too much gas been burnt for the amount of water going through, the gas should modulate down to compensate but seems not to, as the shower uses the least water this seems to cause the most problem

I am just back from our apartment and have water heater problem too. Have been told to hold both buttons while turning on, this did not resolve problem. I wonder if this is a fault with the system installed throughout the complex? For anyone who has had this corrected, I would be very grateful for advice on who to contact asap, as we have clients renting in near future,
Many thanks, Mary

For anyone with persistent problems with their water heaters , which cannot be resolved by pressing the reset button - you need to contact Junkers - 00 34 952346608. They will send a technician - it usually takes a couple of days & they generally need a Spanish mobile as contact for access.
Kind Regards
Jean

We have had four Junkers Boilers go down in the past 3 weeks the ones with the Electronic Control Panel
The Official Agent is a company called SERVINEC and will come out the following day and replace the parts at the same time
The charge for replacing the Control panel was 188 Euros
SERVINEC can be contacted on 0034 952346608
