Garrucha/Mojacar rental

Has anyone had their property valued to see if there has been any appreciation from the time of off plan purchase?

I think the only thing you can go off at the moment is the current builders prices on Brisas mar 2 on the front of the development,  these apartments are a copy of mar y sol , apart from the roof pool being sunk into the roof, 

2 bed prices are from 112,000-----119,000 euros

Brisas Del Mar 2 is no longer off plan, the structure is up and they are bricking some of the internal walls.

I'm buying in Brisas Del Mar 1, there appears to be some confusion of where Brisas Del Mar 2 is located.  Could you please advise.  Regards Sharron

Brisas del mar 2 is the block that is going up facing the main road  it is in 2 sections but it is really 1 bock of 42 apartments with commercials on the ground floor ,  they are the same layout as mar y sol , but the pool is sunk into the roof because of local planning .

There is a garden area to the side of the block it will be on the right as you enter the development off the main road.

When we were out in November we were advised the undeveloped area with the show homes was going to become a Mercadona and would be a single storey, is this your understanding?  Original plans back to 2003 show an apartment block.  Regards  Sharron

I have posted a message on the brisas mar forum for you ,about this piece of land i am not sure of what is going there ,it shows on the plan a block of 72, which could be but iam only guessing 2 blocks of 36  back to back like the lunamar in daya nueva, the only supermarket i have heard of is the one on the ground floor of the brisas del mar 2 block.
