Dream Digital (Las kalendas) Stay away.

Hi there all. can anyone tell me if they have heard of Dream digital.sl or have had any work carried out by dream digital.sl. I have had a satellite installaion carried out by this company back in january 2009. It is there internet subscription service in which they provide a very large package of channels inc all sky and setanta sports channels. Firstly once it was it installed i never recieved full service untill approx 3 week later and this was even after paying the full install (945 euro) and subscription fee (340 euro) up front. Any way to cut a long story short since it did come on up to current day i dont think i have had more than 2 full weeks of solid viewing with out this service going off. I also have all the e mails to back this up in which i have had to send to dream digital to complain. Dream digital in there defence state the subscription is provided via another company but for some reason they can not provide this companies details only a msn address. (how bizzare). Well it was established some time back now that my box was also faulty and would be replaced. guess what im still waiting but keep getting fobbed off with a load of lies as it as been like this from day 1. It is now another  3 weeks since i have had service and not once has dream digital had the courtesy to offer a temporary solution allowing me to view the service i have paid for.

Well please be aware of this service as it will cost you more than the 340 euro subscription fee just trying to get hold of dream digital as there customer service department i dont think exists either. I have passed this issue over to my legal team now and they are finding it very hard to locate any legal compay registered in the name of dream digital sl (very strange) also they are struggling to find any legal company in the name of Local Media Telecomunicaciones S.A either. this is the company dream digital state are responsible for my service. The actual service is being questioned as to if it is legal.

Well i have give this (young man) as known on this forum ample opportunity to correct this and still nothing has been done. I feel it is only fair to warn people of this situation so no one else gets ripped off. To make you known dream digital is run by more commonly known as (aarron of fortuna sat). But may i tak this opportunity to inform residents that this installation has no connection to fortuna sat.

Hi there just an update to this thread. the tracking number provided by the young man or dream digital or even aarron of fortunasat who ever he wants to be called after setting my own e mail alert with the courier it states the new box was attempted to be delivered to him on the 06/05/2009. it is now the 12/05/09 some 6 days later and i stilll have not heard or seen sight of him. so still i have no sky and not even an update from this guy.

But it gets even better, the good chaps from virson who supply my internet called yesterday to rectify a fault. i reported it in the morning at there base in town and hey before i got back to my house they were there waiting. now that is what i call after service. anyway when they come in they checked my sat box provided by the young man and hey it turns out to be theres he has not yet paid them for it. they checked all the serial numbers and it matches a box owned by them. Also after they digged a bit deeper it turns out that the young man is also using there information to supply my service.

well i have sent aarron an e mail and still no reply asking about my new reciever i even said just drop it off and i will install my self. i presume he is that embarrased that why it has not arrived at my door yet  well well well so its not just me he has been ripping off. i really dont no how people have the face to ealk around when they are known as compulsive liars i find this whole think quite funny now even tho i am 340 euro out of pocket i am just glad i dont have to stoop that low to rip some one off .

Also quite funny is how the fortunasat sign and number has been removed from his rear window hmmmm

well like i said you are better staying away from this type of service and definately this type of person.

What a surprise.... Mr Reliable Man : Builder - Security Team - Satellite TV 

This was expected as this person is also a satellite TV installer offering the same system but had no work so he had to stoop low to slag another company in order to get work.

The funny thing was that this qualified sky tv engineer couldnt fix his own signal when the high winds had moved it hahaha.

Lets get a few things straight: 

1. VIRSON and DREAM DIGITAL TV have nothing in common nor does VIRSON supply UK TV so none of there receivers could be used (even if they had any). Nor does the 340e get paid to them as it is paid to ServiHosting via BankPopular (and all necessary receipts are avaliable and dated).

2. NO ONE OF VIRSONS TECH TEAM SPEAK ENGLISH and THIS PERSON does not speak Spanish so it was impossible to communicate that much and this CAN BE BACKED UP by VIRSON themself.

3. DREAM DIGITAL TV is a UK Registered company so will NEVER get traced in Spain as we are just subcontractors for them. They are the supplier and we are the commercial agents.

4. FORTUNASAT TV stickers removed from car as I am no longer with FORTUNASAT so I would not advertise them.

5. A lot of customers have used DreamDigital and 90% have been satisfied on date of install whilest the rest have had there problems now fixed so they are happy.

6. CUSTOMER HAD VIEWING FOR 2MONTHS BEFORE THEY FACTORY RESETED THE BOX.... xD

AS FOR VIRSON YOU DONT NEED TO SPEAK SPANISH WHEN SOMEONE TRANSLATES FOR YOU SILLY BOY AND YES HE DID RIP THEM OFF AND USE THERE DETAILS IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO INCLUDE ALL EMAILS FROM HIMSELF AND FROM VIRSON I CERTAINLY WILL JUST REQUEST THEM.

OH AND WHILE YOUR ON HAS MY NEW BOX FINALLY ARRIVED HAHA YOU ARE JUST A JOKER MATE AND CERTASINLY CANT WAITTO DISCUSS THIS WHEN I RETURN IN DECEMBER. When you come back in Dec your box will be waiting for you, as for virsons emails.... I would love to see them as I doubt they will have any future contact with you as they are ennoyed as you broke there 12month contract. If you are in constant contact with them they wouldnt be looking for you.

yes i am a qualified sky engineer with a city and guilds also qualified security technician with nacoss gold, sia bsi all accredited certificates to prove.

as far as virson they have my contact numbers and my spanish phone still on not one call to date so where your info has come from god only no's prob the same place as all your other crap you manage to mutter.

the box you was suppose to deliver months and months ago you are so full of u no what son.
